No server upload
There is no API to send the selected files, document content, signatures, stamps, or entered text to the server. PDF Preview and result generation are executed on the local worker.
Advertising and external services
Google AdSense appears on blog and help pages and in a separate area alongside result previews. File selection, editing, previewing, downloads and the new library run on the separate origin local.pdflick.moomoo14.com without advertising scripts. Only screen mode and language pass between the document and advertising screens; document contents, filenames, signatures, stamps and entered text are not sent to advertising services. The legacy library is copied between origins within the browser and verified before the old copy is removed. If migration fails, the old data is kept and ads are not loaded. Google and its advertising partners may process cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, and other identifiers to serve and frequency-cap ads, measure performance, and personalize advertising. Visitors in the EEA, UK, and Switzerland receive Google's consent message and can change or withdraw consent through Privacy and cookie settings at the bottom of advertising pages. We do not use separate behavior analytics, session recording, or remote font services.

Selective browser storage
Only use IndexedDB when storing signatures or seals. Storage is turned off by default, and you can delete items or all data from the storage. The selected interface language is stored in the pdflick.locale.v1 item of localStorage, and it will be deleted if you choose to use the browser's default language.
Download Confirmation
You can request a download in the browser, but you cannot verify whether it is actually saved on the operating system. For important documents, check the downloaded file again in an independent PDF viewer.
